SCOPE OF  SERVICES

24 Hr. Bodyguard Security And Bodyguards provides the following services:

Highly trained, licensed, and dependable armed, semi armed, or unarmed security officers available for the hours and the specific duties that you may require. All officers, whether unarmed, semi armed, or armed, are outfitted in professionally styled uniforms.

Around the clock vehicle patrol will patrol your location, with or without foot patrol inspections, based on your specific requirements.

A daily written report to include hourly updates of everything the officer is witness to, including, but not limited to authorized or unauthorized visitors, all vehicles on the premises and any safety hazards. Our officers are instructed to include as much information as possible in their reports. The officers sign each other's reports when they come on and off duty, in addition to your onsite contact's signature if required, and the reports are checked and signed by the patrol drivers and supervisors when they visit. These signatures help to insure time accuracy on your reports. Officers must turn in to the office a daily report for every shift they have worked, with their time cards, in order to be paid.

For your protection, copies of all reports are kept in our office for seven years. We can provide you with additional copies of daily reports upon your request. Other incident reports/log books/documents can be completed per your requirements. We hire, train, maintain, and supervise the security personnel supplied to you. We at all times act as an independent contractor, assuming responsibility for payroll, payroll taxes, Worker's Compensation, employee equipment, liability insurance, bonding, licensing and all other requirements imposed by the government within the jurisdiction we operate.

Your facility is regularly checked by a supervisor or patrol driver for onsite supervision of our security personnel. We have a patrol officer on call 24
hours per day who is equipped with a pager and a cell phone, and our management staff are equipped with pagers and are on call 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

Additional equipment may be requested or required, such as cellular phones, radios, pagers, custom services, etc. All are available and, when requested prior to proposal, will be included in the proposed hourly rate; otherwise they will be added on as separate charge.

HIRING AND TRAINING OF SECURITY OFFICERS

Our selection process requires each applicant to complete an employment form asking for: a) Education history b) Employment history with verification form c) 109 form to verify legal working status d) Current California driver's license with printout e) Proof of insurance.

1 . All of our officers must have a current California Guard Card to be eligible to apply for a security guard license and applicant must be 18 or older, undergo a criminal history background check through the Department of Justice, complete the powers to arrest training course and pass an examination. This course covers the responsibilities and ethics in citizen arrest, relationship with police, limitations on power to arrest, restrictions on search and seizure, criminal and civil liabilities, and personal and employer liability. A fingerprint card is also required at the time of application.

2. All semi armed and armed officers must supply copies of all current permits for weapons they intend to carry while on duty.

3. The applicant is interviewed by one of the management staff. During the interview the prospective officer is evaluated for the following minimum criteria: health, English literacy, appearance, and attitude.

4. The prospective employee's application is reviewed and all of the references are verified.

6. Once an officer is hired, they are then trained on the specific policies and procedures of 24 Hr. Bodyguard Security & Bodyguards. They are given a copy of the Employee Handbook and the Safety Handbook outlining in detail all of these policies and procedures for their reference. They are required to sign each document stating that they have read, understand, and agree to perform the duties and responsibilities required in the handbooks. Once the officer is assigned a new post he is trained specifically for that assignment.

UNIFORMS

24 Hr. Bodyguard Security And Bodyguards standard uniform is a black police style shirt with the 24 Hr. Bodyguard Security And Bodyguards logo patch* on each shoulder, black trousers and black shoes. For outdoor duty officers we have a black police style jacket and/or a black windbreaker. Both the shirt and jackets are identified with our unique gold private security patches.
We also have, if desired, a polo shirt, available in white with 24 Hr. Bodyguard Security And Bodyguards printed, in gold lettering on the left breast, or black with gold lettering. This is worn with black slacks and black shoes.

When a guard is outdoors we have, with client approval, black shorts for warm weather and rain gear for inclement weather.

For Special Events we provide black blazers with a white dress shirt and tie.
